Your Next Opportunity

As our OHS&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing our existing policies and procedures and promoting the safety culture across Mansfield Crushing sites. 

Mansfield Crushing has an ISO-certified OH&S and Environmental management system to ensure the continued health and safety of all our employees, stakeholders, and the environment. As such, the primary focus of your role will be ensuring compliance is maintained by utilising our established system and processes, all while promoting a positive and safe culture within our organisation.

Your time will be split 50/50 between our sites across Victoria and the office (candidates can be located either in Melbourne or Geelong), so you will enjoy varied work where no two days are the same.

Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring OHS&E compliance records are maintained in line with IMS requirements
• Performing employee, contractor and visitor safety inductions
• Delivering fortnightly Safety Alert newsletters for our employees
• Performing risk assessments

What You'll Bring to the Team

To be considered for this position, you will hold either a relevant OHS&E qualification or possess prior experience in a similar role where you were responsible for ensuring operational compliance with OHS&E procedures. 

Critical to your success in this position will be your understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and your ability to communicate with and build rapport with staff across our Mansfield Crushing sites. You’ll be a team player, ready to hit the ground running and start implementing our existing processes.
