Quarry Plant Operators (Excavator and Loader)
As a Quarry Plant Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.
Core duties:
- Operating machinery as required;
- Performing plant preventative maintenance and repairs;
- Ensuring equipment is maintained to standards; and
- Maintaining a safe workplace with a strong focus on OH&S.
To be considered for the Excavator positions, you will have a minimum of 12 months of experience operating excavators. Being able to excavate 30 tonnes or greater is highly desirable but not essential.
To be considered for the Loader positions, you will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role and be proficient in all facets of operating Loaders.
Crushing Plant Lead Hand
As a Crushing Plant Lead Hand, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the team of Operators and managing on-site mobile rock crushing operations.
To thrive in this role, you will also possess a strong Mechanical Aptitude and have experience around machinery, assembly plants, etc. Experience in the Quarry or crushing an advantage.
In this role, you will have 3-5 direct reports. As such, you must also demonstrate strong leadership skills such as leading by example, applying company vision and values, and ensuring the values are consistently displayed throughout the team.
